Event Days: Ticket office opens one hour before doors open.
Day of Onsale: Tickets available online only on the day of onsale.
How to Purchase Tickets
Tickets for Pinnacle Bank Arena events are available through the following authorized sources:
Fees: Additional fees may apply to purchases at the Ticket Office. Fees for purchases at the Ticket Office are lower than those for online purchases.
Mobile Delivery Only: Tickets are delivered digitally to your mobile device.
Payment Methods
Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Wallet, debit cards, and cash.
Not Accepted: Checks, Ticketmaster gift cards, and Downtown Lincoln Gift Cards.
Children’s Admission
Children under 2 years of age are admitted free if seated on a lap. (Does not apply to the University of Nebraska men's and women's basketball games). If a separate seat is required, a ticket must be purchased.
Some shows intended for young children (such as Sesame Street Live) require children over the age of one to have a ticket. See individual event page for details.
Postponements
Tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date.
Cancellations
Credit card purchases: Purchases via Ticketmaster, AXS, or credit/debit card from the Pinnacle Bank Arena Ticket Office will automatically be refunded to your credit card, and no action is required.
